Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ggvip. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in the Philippines. Each person may only hold one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. ggvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account details with any other person. ggvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and logging out after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on ggvip are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through supported local payment channels. Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard processing times, which are outlined in the FAQ section. ggvip does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers available on ggvip are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published on the Promotion page at the timeof the offer. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts. ggvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent methods — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. Intellectual Property

All content on the ggvip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of ggvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ggvip's intellectual property may result in legal action. The ggvip name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ggvip provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from errors, delays, or technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, ggvip may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in our FAQ. We will always endeavour to communicate account actions to you via your registered email address where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of ggvip that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.
